Running away to join the circus

Running away to join the circus........

I took my son on a little holiday during the summer holidays, his sister was away with the Church and I wanted to treat him.
We often visit a circus who come this way early in the season and my son talks to the crew and has made a few friends.
We were invited to camp with the circus at its summer home in Mablethorpe and we packed the tent and went along.

Crazy Bananas was brought in to deliver some leaflets for the circus in the town and my son helped with this on a special bike with no handlebars, he loved it.
Each evening we got to see the show and loved every moment of it.
The staff at Russell's international circus were brilliant and made us feel very welcome.
For circus fans it was a perfect holiday, the weather was brilliant and the people so friendly. The local town was very nice and I hope to go back again next year.
I have always wanted to perform at a circus and this is the closest I have go so far. Being there and feeling  a part of things was amazing.
Thanks Rusty, Amanda and the team especially Mr Slinky for entertaining Dan.

Back to work for me didn't go so well as I ended up in hospital with a lung infection and needed a few days off. Could not be helped but there is never a good time to be unwell.

Looking forward to Christmas season now and into 2015 all the fun it will bring.

God bless one and all

Sally was contacted to open our Christmas Lights Extravaganza on 29th November 2014, she was brilliant with the children. Sally kept the children quite all evening. Her balloon shaping is brilliant and the children love her. We have booked her again for this year, as she brings the life to an event. Thanks to her support, we managed to raise £1,011 for Dementia Care. Thanks again Sally
