I am privileged to be part of a large group of very special people. Clowns international had become my extended family over the past few years and on Tuesday my children and I went to London and stayed with Bubblz the clown. We spent 2 days sight seeing and then went to Joseph Grimaldi park in Islington to celebrate the life of the afore mentioned clown who died 751 years ago. We had a fantastic time and discovered the joys of traveling on tube trains in central London during rush hour with suitcases and a unicycle.
What a great weekend so far.
Starting on Saturday with a birthday party for a wonderful little girl and her friends.
Today I had the pleasure of working at the Globe hotel in Kings Lynn. Making balloons and face painting for the guests. The food chain was collecting cash for Help for Heroes in event of this weeks news. I know the brutal murder of this man has shocked many of us and for those of us who have served in the Armed forces, no matter how long ago it hit a nerve.
I made a special balloon for the event today and it was kindly donated to the local children s hospital ward.
This Sunday we were at a fun day is West Lynn for Spencers Bucket Fund.
I was excited to win a raffle prize but it didn't work out to well. Kate ( my daughter) went to collect it with the instruction to choose what she wanted and the lady sent her back to me as she wanted the chocolate tree and there were high value prizes which the lady thought I would prefer.
Unfortunately I had a que so by the time I got away there was a choice of parking voucher for somewhere I had not herd of, free dog grooming ( I don't have a dog) and a season ticket for animal place at Norfolk Lavender ( I have a nasty allergy to lavender) The lady was well meaning but didn't understand when Kate told her I was working so said she could choose.
Another great weekend,
